I felt a lot better about trying Capillus since it has FDA clearance and actual clinical proof behind it. Shocking concept, I know, hair products making claims and actually having something to back them up. After seeing way too many miracle solutions online, this just felt more legit. The site was easy to use too, which was a nice bonus.

I figured the site would be fairly straightforward, and for the most part it was. I was able to find the information I needed without too much trouble. That said, a few pages seemed to load slower than I expected, and I ended up clicking around more than I thought I’d have to. Overall, not a bad experience at all, I just assumed it would feel a little smoother.

I’ve been noticing a lot less shedding lately, especially when I shower. It seems like a good sign, right?

I’ve been using my Capillus cap for about 5 months now, and for the first few months I was worried I’d thrown away a lot of money. I kept checking my hairline and not seeing much, which was frustrating. Around month 4, though, I started noticing tiny baby hairs coming in and definitely less shedding in the shower.
It’s not some overnight miracle, and my hair still isn’t as thick as I’d like, but there’s enough improvement that I’m sticking with it because I don’t want to lose the progress I’ve made. You really do have to be consistent and patient. I’m taking off one star because it’s expensive and the results are slow, but it does seem to be working.

I mean, the cap is fine and easy to wear, but I thought it would look a lot more discreet. On my head it comes off kind of bulky, which confused me a bit?? Still works well enough for wearing around the house, though.

I had to file a warranty claim i was expecting it to be a whole thing, you know how these usually go. But they handled it quickly and there wasn’t any back-and-forth hassle. Kind of surprised me in a good way, actually.

I was in a good mood when I opened it up, and the quality made me even happier. It feels really solid and well put together, not flimsy at all.

It does the job, but you can’t just use it once in a while and expect miracles. You’ve got to actually keep up with it every day, which is a little annoying, but that’s pretty much the deal.

I plug it in every night and the battery charges without any problems. Nothing fancy about it, but hey, it actually does the one job it’s supposed to do

I also reached out with a quick question and support basically said something like, “Results can vary, but those examples are from real users,” which felt reassuring enough. Overall, it came across as believable, just not flawless.

Using the financing option on Capillus was easy, and I liked that the monthly payment was shown clearly before I checked out. It made the whole purchase feel a lot more manageable since I didn’t have to pay everything upfront.
The only thing I’d say is I wish there had been a little more detail upfront about the approval process, just so I knew exactly what to expect. But it ended up being fast, my order went through right away, and overall it made buying from Capillus way less stressful.

I’ve found the Capillus cap really easy to keep up with, which makes a big difference for me. It doesn’t feel like a whole separate thing I have to plan my day around. I usually just put it on while I’m checking emails, making coffee, or doing some random morning routine stuff, and before I know it, the time is done. I like that there’s no mess, no products to apply, and no complicated setup where I have to pull out a bunch of pieces or clean anything afterward. That’s probably why I’ve been more consistent with this than I was with other hair treatments I’ve tried in the past. If something is annoying or takes too many steps, I know I’m eventually going to stop doing it, but this has been simple enough that I can actually stick with it.

I got my Capillus and setting it up was straightforward. The instructions were clear enough, although I did have to reread a couple spots just to make sure I was doing it right. Charging it and getting started was simple. I do think the booklet could use a few more pictures, but overall it wasn’t a big deal. I’d give it 4 stars so far

I ordered from Capillus it showed up quicker than I thought it would. Tracking was easy to follow and there weren’t any issues with delivery, so that part was smooth. I’m just hoping the compensation they mentioned comes through like expected

The cap fits well and doesn’t feel too heavy. I’ve been wearing it while watching TV and don’t think about it much once it’s on. It took me a couple tries to get it sitting just right, but now it’s comfortable. I just wish the fit had a tiny bit more adjustability.

I mean, it’s definitely light enough to take with me, so that part is nice. But I’m not totally sure I’d call it super convenient, because the case still feels kind of bulky in my bag. It works fine overall, just… not quite perfect for carrying around every day.
